Customizing Invitations

You will be able to Customize Invitations for each Group. You are able to send text email invitations OR graphic email invitations.

To send text email invitations:

  1. Enter the email Sender Name (this name will appear as the "Sender" of this email invitation)
  2. Enter the email Sender Email (this will be the "reply" to email)
  3. Enter the email Subject
  4. Enter the email content (use the WYSIWYG editor to style your invite)

You can pull dynamic variables into your email using the ">_Dynamic Variables" dropdown in the WYSIWYG editor. This will automatically display the guest's first name as they receive the email.
