Managing Drafts

To manage your drafts, click on the "Drafts" tab of the "Your Invites" table on the Track RSVP page. 

The Drafts tab will display all of the guests that you have queued up as "drafted invites" during the "Send Invite" process. 

To send a drafted email, click on the check box next to the guest name. In the "Choose an action" dropdown, select the "Send Selected" option. You will be prompted to confirm. 

You can also choose to "Save" invites (save guests to Ribyt without sending an invite email). To do this, choose "Save Invites" in the  "Choose an action" dropdown. You will be prompted to confirm. 

To send all drafts at once, click the purple "Send All Drafts" button at the bottom on the table. You will be prompted to confirm. 

You can filter the table by Group. By clicking the "Filter by Group" dropdown, you can choose one or more Groups that you would like to view. To reset the filter, click the "x" in front of the Group name. 

To delete a draft, click the trash can icon on the Guest row. To delete multiple invites, click on the check box next to the invites you wish to delete. Then, choose "Delete Selected" in the actions dropdown.
