Invite Tracking Widget 


The Invite Tracking Widget will allow you to keep track of all of your Groups, allocations to those Groups, invites sent and remaining invites. 

GROUPS:

The first column of the tracker displays "Groups." If you are a Client Admin/ Admin of the event you will see all of the Groups within the event. If you are a Host/ Coordinator of the event, you will only see the Groups you have been assigned to. The "Groups" tile will track the total number of groups. 

INVITES ALLOCATED:

Divided by Group, the "Invites Allocated" column will tell you how many invites have been assigned to this Group. If you are a Client Admin/ Admin of the event you will see ALL allocations. If you are a Host/ Coordinator of the event, you will only see the allocations that have been assigned to YOU. The "Invites Allocated" tile will track the total number of invites assigned, across all groups. 

INVITES SENT:

The "Invites Sent" column tracks the number of invites that have been sent to your guests, per Group. This includes invites that have been saved to Ribyt. The "Invites Sent" tile will track the total number of Invites Sent, across all Groups. 

INVITES DRAFTED:

The "Invites Drafted" column tracks the number of invites that you have saves as Drafts, per Group. The "Invites Sent" tile displays the total number of Invites Drafted, across all Groups in the parentheses.

INVITES REMAINING:

The "Invites Remaining" column calculates the number of invites allocations minus the number of invites sent (and drafted) to display the number of invites you have left to send, per Group. The "Invite Remaining" tile tracks the total number of remaining invites, across all Groups.  

PRO TIP: The table is sortable. Click on a column header to sort that column alphabetically or numerically. To search, click the gray arrow (on the top right hand corner of the table).
