Invite Individual Guests

To get started, click the pink "Send Invites" button on the "Track RSVP" page OR navigate to "Send" page from the side menu. 

You will have to select a group to send invites to. You will only be able to select a Group that you have been assigned to.

Under the "Add Individual Guest" section, enter the email address, first name and last name of the guest you would like to invite. You can also add their company (optional). 

Click the gray "Add to Invite List" button to add this guest to your Invite List.

Adding From Suggested Data

The Suggested Data Table is a collection of your Guest List and previous invited guests. 

TO ADD GUESTS:

  1. Click on the check box next to all of the guests that you want to add.
  2. Click on the + Add Selected to the Guest List button.

These guests will be added to your Invite List, for review.

PRO TIP: This table can be sorted by name, title, company or email. You can also choose to see only those guests you have added to the Guest List by clicking the "Guest List" check box at the top of the table. 

 

Bulk Importing Guests

You can upload all of your guest (or a handful of guests) at once using the Bulk Import Guest feature!

Click the pink "Bulk Import Guests" button on the top right hand side of the "Send Invites" button. Click the "Choose File" button to upload the file. You must include columns First Name, Last Name and Email. 

Once the file uploads, you will be able to manually match the columns provided. The columns in your .CSV will appear with a red label in the modal. In the dropdown, choose the corresponding column header. A successful match will turn the label green. 

You can choose to save these guests to your Invite List, for review. 

 

Managing the Invite List 

Now your guests are loaded into your “Invite List.”

As you review your list, you can delete anyone who should not receive an invite by clicking the trash can icon next to their name.

You can choose to start over and delete all guests by clicking the gray "Delete All Guest" button.

Now you are ready to send! Click the “Send Invites” button. 

Sending Invites

Once you have reviewed your Invite List, you are ready to send invites! 

Click the gray "Send Invite" button to send all of the guests that are in your Invite List an email invite. 

If you are not ready to send invites, you can save invites as drafts by clicking the "Save as Draft" button. These invites will be saved the in "Drafts" tab of the "Your Invites" table on the "Track RSVP" page. You will be able to send drafts at any point in the future. 

You can also choose to save invites. You will be able to add guests to your event and have them stored in Ribyt, WITHOUT sending them an invite email. To do this, check the "Do not send invitation email" check box and then click the gray, "Send Invites" button. This will save your guests to the event, however they will not receive an invite email. 

Note: Guests that are saved to the system will display a "Saved" RSVP status in the "Your Invites" table.
